Just a quick reminder after seeing reports of a number of recent accidents involving jet skis, folks please be safe and don’t drive these things under the influence. Accidents can be deadly, and certainly aren’t fun.

We were saddened to read of some young men who died when the mast of their sailboat hit a power line and electrocuted them. Though the chances of this happening are low, it’s something to be aware of if you’re sailing on lakes or rivers. Keep your eyes open and be safe folks.

Summer celebrations more often than not involve adult beverages. If, anyone is planning on operating a motor vehicle, boat or car, that person needs to be sober. That’s just common sense. Be smart, have fun.
