Chance of Flooding

Rains are bringing fresh threats to the Santa Barbara area. Much of Montecito has been evacuated and there’s a real possibility that US 101 could end up being closed again. If you don’t have to travel in this area don’t. Be safe folks. Until the rainy season passes we will have to expect more of this.
