As expected California is now dealing with major flooding. It’s a shame the State doesn’t maintain its infrastructure, let alone plane for the future and predictable events. That’s what should be considered failed government, usually a symptom of corruption. It’s really sad to see. All we can say is be safe out there folks. Try and help each other out.
