Lesson Learned

Quick update on our new software and it may end up sounding a bit like a rant, so our apologies. The testing and updates to the software we’re working towards implementing isn’t going as smoothly as we’d like. Though we expected some delays and issues, they are dragging on much more than we’d like. Part of the problem is that key personnel went on vacation and they didn’t have a trained backup person. That means delays, and more delays as getting fresh data gets worked through. We planned on the person being on vacation, we didn’t plan on the backup person not being ready. Lesson learned.
