Just another reminder for folks to take the weather into account, especially if you’re planning on spending time on the water. If the weather’s bad, try and stay in if you can and seek safe harbor.
The rains have brought flooding to many parts of the California coast. It’s important to be extra careful out there and travel only when needed until these storms pass.
We’re moving along into 2017 and will be testing out some new accounting software for the Santa Barbara Harbor, once again. This means working out all the bugs and getting all set to get up and running. More to follow.
Howdy folks. We hope you’ve been taking care of yourselves. Colds seem to run rampant at this time of the year, and being sick isn’t fun. Make sure you get plenty of rest, that seems to be key to staying well.
Here in California, we’ve got a bit of a break in the winter storms, but we haven’t seen the last of them. This is a good time to check your vessel to see how it’s holding up and make sure all is secured.
Remember, winter brings weather challenges. Make sure your vessel is equipped properly and that you take proper precautions to ensure the safety of you and your passengers.
Time to gear up to return to work. Just the way it is. Make the most of it folks.
