(AP) — U.S. Coast Guard is investigating after the death of a boater following a collision involving a tugboat pushing a barge in the Saginaw River. Todd and 25-year-old David Brigham of Vassar were knocked into or jumped into the Saginaw River on Friday when the small boat they were on had engine trouble and was struck.
