Billing Software Update

The Santa Barbara Harbor billing system seems to be running fine. The bills for January 2014 went out without a hitch and people has responded positively to the change. There will be minor improvements in the months ahead and a push to get people to sign-up for estatements. More updates to come.

After much testing and review, the first statements out of the new billing software for the Santa Barbara harbor will be sent off to the mail processor tomorrow.
