The email issues have been resolved and it appears that the Santa Barbara Waterfront is back on track with being able to send out eStatements to its slipholders and tenants.
Greatings Harbor News Readers. Just a quick note to let folks know that starting tomorrow, we will be working on getting the estatements back on track with the Santa Barbara Waterfront. Health issues caused a delay in this project, and staff got overwhelmed. It will be good to be back.
The Santa Barbara Waterfront has been working on estatements for its billing. They’ve hit a slight bump with some email protocols, but hope to have the issue resolved soon.

The Santa Barbara Waterfront is still testing eStatements as part of its new billing system. The response has been very positive, and new statements will be our shortly as an additional test run before the option to opt out of paper statements is offered. More info when available.
